Covered by the images of American landscapes, is the full figure of a woman. She is reclining with her head in the mountains and trees and her feet in the waterfall. Surrounding her are all the significant images found in the United States. The technique is one which I have been practicing for many years - leaving a portion of the raw canvas exposed to create the figure.
